Out of Stock – Back Orders
The shopping cart will notify you of the availability of an item. It should not allow you to purchase an item that is not in stock. If this does happen, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Pick Up Orders/Delivery
Eden Apothecary and Goodies is currently an ON LINE business ONLY.
We do NOT have a retail store. We encourage you to have your order shipped.
If you are local and would like delivery of your goods, we can deliver on orders of $40 and more. The delivery charge will be $6. You must contact us via email or phone to place your order. We will send you an invoice via Paypal. The delivery charge will be included with your order. Payment must be received before we will attempt delivery.
Shipping
We only ship to USA addresses and offer flat rate shipping via United States Postal Service.
Returns
We cannot accept returns on soaps, for hygiene purposes.
Please feel free to email or call us regarding any questions you may have before ordering. We would like to insure your satisfaction before you submit your order.
We’ll gladly accept the return of non-soap products that become damaged upon arrival. The product must be received back in our offices within 5 days of delivery in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase price. Store credit is valid for 30 days.
We do not offer credit back to your charge card. Your store credit will not include the original shipping fees or your return shipping cost.
*Unsatisfactory – Defined: Buyers remorse, I don’t like the scent or color etc. do not make the product unsatisfactory.
Your satisfaction with our product is very important to us. If there is a problem please call or e-mail us immediately.
Damage Claims
If a package is damaged externally upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
If an order is damaged internally only, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim.
All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim.
The shipping carrier may need to inspect the damaged order, and you must return it to Eden Apothecary and Goodies.
Failure to follow the procedures above will result in our having to deny your claim. We will do our best to meet your needs should a problem arise.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address or zip code causes the order to be rerouted from its original destination, the customer assumes any charge for the correction and agrees that Eden Apothecary and Goodies may charge them shipping and handling charges to resend the order. All orders will be sent to the address on the invoice generated by our shopping cart. Be sure that all the information is correct before completing the sale.
Privacy Policy
Your information will not be sold to anyone. We will keep your name and information on file for record keeping purposes only. We will not release, sell or give away your personal information or email address to any other party.
